While Not Common, Here is What To Do if the App Keeps Crashing
- Try to log all the way out of the app and sign back in
- Check the app version; go to the App Store and see if there is an update available for the app
- Are you seeing any errors, or anything odd that you can screenshot or take pictures/videos of to send over to your support team?
- Is your WiFi network having any issues; can you access other apps/websites on the iPad?
