The App is Being Slow, Unresponsive, and/or Delayed.

Sometimes if the app is slow, unresponsive, or delayed, it may be the network. Additionally, you can find more troubleshooting steps below

  • First, try to log all the way out of the app and back in



  • Be sure to check the app version; go to the App Store and see if there is an update available for the app. Often times these updates get missed

  • Are you seeing any errors, or anything odd that you can screenshot or take pictures/videos of to send over to your support team

  • Is the WiFi network is having any issues; can you access other apps/websites on the iPad
