      Hardware Information

      Hardware information is basic information about the device being used. In this example, the hardware is named which helps with location tracking.
      In the below screenshot is the device ID. Knowing where to find the device ID is important in case Katalyst Support needs to assign a new license number.
      The license number is listed below the device ID for reference.
      At this time, we are not utilizing the Merchant ID or the Registered number in support.
